On March 26, thousands of Americans will march in Washington, D.C. to defend traditional marriage from being redefined by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court will hear two cases this week on marriage. One deals with the constitutionality of Proposition 8, a measure passed by a large majority of Californians. It defines marriage as a union of one man and one woman. The other case involves the overturning of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), which defines marriage as a one man, one woman union in federal law.

The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld Obama’s socialized medicine law – including the individual mandate that forces Americans to buy health insurance or pay a “tax.” GOP leaders have promised to push for legislation to repeal and replace Obamacare with a health care bill that is based on free market principles – but this

Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling that killed most of the Arizona illegal immigration law. It did uphold immigration status checks by law enforcement officers. The Obama Administration immediately responded by saying it would tell Arizona law enforcement officers to release most of the people whose status is in question. Obama recently issued

WorldNetDaily’s Bob Unruh has just written an alarming article that outlines the possibility of President Obama operating like an unrestrained dictator if he is re-elected in November. All signs point toward Obama enforcing executive orders and other dictatorial actions that will destroy individual liberty in America. His most recent action was to attack the legitimacy

The President of the United States, Barack Obama, has apparently decided that he’s going to be Caesar instead of an elected official. In his promise to fundamentally transform our nation, he is rushing forward with a plan to ignore Congress and demean the U.S. Supreme Court – the two other co-equal branches of our federal

Acting like a tyrant, President Obama yesterday warned the Supreme Court against ruling that his socialist health care law is unconstitutional. According to Obama, the Supreme Court is comprised of a bunch of unelected judges who should automatically defer to him and Congress and rule in favor of his law – including the mandate that

During the first two days of arguments on Obamacare at the Supreme Court, the government’s case was clearly battered by tough questioning from several Supreme Court Justices. One of those Justices was Anthony Kennedy who told Obama Solicitor General Donald Verrelli that the Obamacare “mandate” for health insurance would “fundamentally change the relationship between the
