DeMint was a force for decency and a defender of conservative social concerns in the Senate. He will leave a vacuum in the Senate unless his seat is filled with someone with similar conservative principles.
Obama will decimate our military and send our troops on foolish missions to protect the Muslim Brotherhood around the globe. Veterans and active duty military have no confidence in Obama as the Commander-in-Chief. The Benghazi massacre of four Americans confirms why the military has no faith in Obama. He left four men to die at our consulate in Libya – even our U.S. Ambassador. He will undermine our national security by making backroom deals with Russian totalitarians and Muslim dictatorships.

What if this had been today’s lead story at MSNBC: “Having made the decision to truly differentiate himself from his opponent, Barack Obama announced yesterday that he would not allow social issues such as same-sex marriage and ‘reproductive choice’ to distract him from his main message of wealth redistribution. Obama said, ‘While the issue of same-sex marriage may be important to some of those who would vote for the Democratic ticket, I cannot be distracted from my main objective of bringing equal outcome to the people of this nation.’”
