Sen. Inhofe Opposes Radical Environmentalist To Run Dept. Of Commerce
Jun 9th, 2011 | By fyork | Category: News FlashesJune 9, 2011 – Republican Senator James Inhofe (OK) has vowed to “work actively” to derail the nomination of John Bryson to become Secretary of Commerce.
Sen. Inhofe says “It is understandable that President Obama would select John Bryson as his nominee: he is a founder of a radical environmental organization and a member of a United Nations advisory group on climate change.”
Inhofe continued: “By selecting John Bryson to head the Department of Commerce, President Obama is clearly demonstrating that he has no intention of backing down from his job-killing agenda.”
Bryson is co-founder of the radical leftist National Resources Defense Council, which is an enemy of capitalism and advocate of harsh policies to deal with the alleged effects of “climate change.”
Fox Business Network interviewed Senator Inhofe on his reasons for opposing Bryson.
