Obama plans to rule as a tyrannical Caesar instead of an elected official bound by the Constitution.
The President of the United States, Barack Obama, has apparently decided that he’s going to be Caesar instead of an elected official.
In his promise to fundamentally transform our nation, he is rushing forward with a plan to ignore Congress and demean the U.S. Supreme Court – the two other co-equal branches of our federal government.
In recent statements, Obama has said that he can’t wait for Congress to act, so he’ll move ahead with his socialist agenda without Congressional approval or legal authority. He caused an uproar not long ago while Congress was still technically in session by making “recess appointments” of political appointees he couldn’t get confirmed in the Senate. The Constitution only permits the President to make appointments when Congress is out of session, but Obama decided he’d do it anyway.
His latest assault on the other two branches of government was on Monday when he warned the Supreme Court not to overturn his socialist health care law known as Obamacare. He derided the Court members as being unelected – and then said their overturning of Obamacare would be unprecedented in American history. As many media sources have pointed out, this is factually inaccurate. The Court has overturned 159 laws passed by Congress in the past.
President Obama is portrayed as someone who is a “constitutional lawyer,” but this label is meaningless. He believes the Constitution is a “living document” to be interpreted by liberal judges. In essence, the Constitution can mean whatever a majority of liberals say it means. This is the definition of judicial activism. It makes a mockery of democracy and the separation of powers.
A judge who is a strict constructionist or originalist, believes that the Constitution must be interpreted according to what the writers of this document meant at the time they wrote it. They refuse to “expand” or “reinterpret” the meaning of words or concepts in order to push a political agenda.

I recently googled Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. to find out our president’s father’s story. He cared enough about his namesake to come here to spend a month with his son when he was 10 years old. He gave him a basketball and took him to a Dave Brubeck performance. Jr. loves basketball and music ever since. Certainly, father shared his dream and personal and family history in that month. The 2 bonded well. Son took up his father’s dream (our nightmare). Sr. studied economics and was known to be a communist. He became bitter against the British colonialists in Kenya after he was jailed for a minor offense and beaten unmercifully, unjustly while in jail. He was a smooth liar to a number of women–including Jr.’s mother. The end justified the means. Sr. was raised Catholic before he converted to Islam. Sr. suffered a number of setbacks after the arrest and he turned to drink. Drinking and driving led to a number of serious accidents, eventually costing him both his legs. He died prematurely. It appears that the remembered voice of his father is louder to Jr. than the voices of voters (except those who support his father’s dream), the Tea Party or the Catholic bishops. His father was never a citizen of the United States. Obama disrespected our Constitution from the beginning by even running for president since he is not constitutionally eligible as he is not the son of citizens of this nation. His dream is not the American dream, it is his father’s unamerican dream. Read the book of Daniel in the Bible. God has elevated Jr. to be president for His reasons. What reason does He have to demote him?
